Delivery and Packaging
Our products are available for delivery within the UK only.
We dispatch our items using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service, for a flat fee of £3.95 per order. Estimated dispatch times are provided on each item’s listing and will typically be longer for “made to order” items. Once dispatched, Royal Mail’s delivery aim is 2-5 working days.
We have tested our packaging by throwing a piece of glass art from an upstairs window onto a paved patio - so we are reasonably confident that it can withstand the experience of the UK postal service! All of our packaging is reused and/or recyclable.
Returns
Each piece of fused glass art is unique and handmade. We do not accept returns.
